- National Park Service Grant to photograph pictographs within the ceded lands.
- On September 24, 1998, The Museum announced a Meyer Memorial Trust Grant of $158,000 to complete the above Pictograph Project, which involved the photographing and digital enhancement and created an archive for the pictographs located within the ceded lands of The Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs. This grant will also fund a digital repository for this Project at The Museum and train tribal members the skills necessary to maintain and utilize this archive.

The mission of the Museum is to preserve, advance and share the knowledge of the cultural, traditional and artistic heritage of the Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs.
The Museum achieves this through educational exhibitions and programs that raise and inspire awareness of The Confederated Tribes of Warm Springs and other indigenous tribes.
