Mission:

The Tribal Prosector's Office diligently provides all victims of crime protection, restitution and restorative justice. We will impartially protect the rights and best interests of the Tribes, victims and defendants throughout all phases of prosecution in all criminal and non-criminal offenses. Our overrall goal is to seek a strong cooperation and utilization of Tribal Resources and maintain a positive cooperative relationship with our neighboring agencies, seeking reform of defendants and restoration of our community through creative sentencing.
